1 pineapple (peeled and cut into large cubes)
500g boerewors (cut into bite-size pieces)
12 lemon leaves
30ml olive oil
For the salsa
1 mango (diced)
1 small cucumber (diced)
1 small red onion (diced)
15ml lime juice
handful coriander (chopped)
Thread the pineapple, boerewors and lemon leaves, alternating, onto 6 sosatie (kebab) sticks. Drizzle with oil.
Heat a griddle pan or braai on medium-high and grill the sosaties (kebabs) for 3-4 minutes on each side or until sausages are cooked through.
Combine all the ingredients for the salsa. Season.
Serve the boerewors kebabs with the mango salsa and Survivor Pinotage.
