Ingredients
Burger Patty
1 kg lean beef (minced)
2 eggs
2 tsp coriander
2 tsp salt
2 tsp mixed herbs
2 tsp dry mustard
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 onion grated
3 tbsp Worcester sauce
2 tsp barbeque spice
Guacamole
2 avocados
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 small red onion (chopped)
1 medium tomato (chopped)
1/2 tsp lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients for the patties together. Make five individual balls and then press down to flatten and grill to perfection. The ingredients will make five 200g patties.
Mix all the ingredients for the guacamole together. The lemon juice will help the avocado to not go brown.
Now build your burger on a panini or crispy roll and add cheese and bacon for the final touch.
